Step 1
A BigTime support team member will contact you via phone and direct you to this page. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH SUPPORT UNLESS YOU CONTACT US FIRST AND ARE ASKED TO JOIN A SESSION BY ONE OF OUR SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS.

Step 2
Your support team member will tell you which support queue you should join. Enter your name in the space below and then select the proper queue from the pick list.

Step 3
Click Start Session. You'll be asked to download software and the system will automatically share your desktop with BigTime support. With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times (you always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time).
