BigTime's roadmaps help steer you around the system. The entire system is linked back to an easy-to-follow graphical roadmap. All of the user guides, training and help files are hooked up to the roadmap as well, so every part of the system is placed in context.
Your staff sees only what they need to see. BigTime users will only see the areas of the system they have permission to view, and the system comes pre-loaded with six customizable security levels already programmed (users, managers, account executives, administrators, sales team and owners).
