BigTime's status lists can be grouped and sorted by cost center. Not only can you see budget/billing status by staff member or account, you can see it all by cost center as well.
Even BigTime's reports can group/sort by cost center. Reports show that same type of summary information, and many of them can be filtered to show only the detail for a specific cost center.
