BIGTIME RETURN POLICY (UPON PURCHASE)

Edison's Attic Inc. will fully refund most items as long as we receive the returned item within 30 days of purchase (the date your copy of BigTime was ordered).

All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Refunds are only available for software and hardware purchases. Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed. User Manuals, Training, Support and Maintenance Contracts are non-refundable. Online subscription services are also non-refundable.

Returning items by mail

Follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange by mail.
1. Include all original packing materials and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

2. Include the return label (if included in the original shipment) with your product and indicate reason for return. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
You are responsible for all freight charges (both initial product shipment and return shipment). Shipping/handling fees are not refundable.
Items received past the return period will not be processed. Only items purchased from Edison's Attic, Inc. are eligible for return credit. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address when your return is accepted. No returns received after 30 days will be accepted without prior written consent from your Edison's Attic sales associate.
