BigTime Online is a service from Edison's Attic. We'll host your company's BigTime solution, and we'll give your team instant access to all of BigTime's features from any high-speed internet connection.

In addition to online access, our team can provide maintenance services so you don't have to. We offer an update service (OS, database and BigTime), a data backup service, firewall protection (setup and maintenance) and more. We'll also ship you the connection manager for QuickBooks, so you can get the same tight integration with QuickBooks that our standard system provides.

Your single low month fee covers:

The full-featured BigTime solution. The BigTime package was designed as a browser-based application, so your online version contains all of BigTime's features (including the QuickBooks connection manager to link BigTime to your QuickBooks desktop accounting package).

24 Hour Access from our international data center. Edison's Attic partners with a data center to provide you with a high-quality budget-friendly hosted solution. You get direct access to your own BTHOST.COM sub-domain for your firm, and your BigTime support team can even help you with day-to-day maintenance and backup if you'd like.

Firm-wide Document and Data Storage. Your service comes automatically configured to facilitate document and data storage, and you can expand that storage capacity as your company grows.

Help Getting Started. Our configuration team will work with you to make your introduction to BigTime a success. You'll start with a "clean" BigTime installation. Just upload your QuickBooks data and you're ready to integrate!

Optional Maintenance and Backup. Your database will be included in our regular automatic backup and recovery planning, so you'll never have to worry about losing your information. As an additional service, you can even sign up for copies of your database to be shipped regularly to your offices from our data center.
